How does a printer works?

Printers are generally used for making permanent records of documents, in which these documents will be present in a computer as a data format. It will just print the necessary characters in a documents or pictures in the file. Almost each and every company posses at least one printer. Chester Carlson introduced a dry printing process called electrophotography ,now it is commonly known as Xerox. Later on ,printers are then classified into desktop printers, inkjet printers, laser printers, dot-matrix printers. Desktop printers are best suited for home use ,dot-matrix and laser printers fix mainly in big companies. Hewlett Packard is a leading company in manufacturing printers. An inkjet printer is extremely small droplets of ink on paper. These droplets are very minute in size , that is in range of 50 or 60 microns in diameter. It has been aligned properly , hence different colors can be composed to give a color print out or a picture. In order to execute this , Inkjet printers spray the ink through nozzles directly onto the paper. Laser printer involves different techniques ,one simple way is that , ink present the box uses stray electricity and different temperature to melt the ink color while spraying it on the paper. For this ,the inkjet passes three times in a line. Red ,Blue and Green are the three main colors used for taking different composites of colors to take a print out.
